BACKPACKING INTEREST PROJECT AWARD
Interest Project Awards are earned by Girl Scouts 11-17. Girl Scout earned awards are recognized symbols of acheivement and excellence. Most Interest Project Award requirements can be found in the Program Handbooks and Resources for Girl Scouts 11-17. Some award requirements are on the Girl Scout website www.girlscouts.org at Girl Scout Central. Sew-on.
Girl Scout badges, patches, awards, and other insignia that are earned for the accomplishment of skill building activities or any set requirements should be presented, worn, or displayed only after Girl Scouts have completed the requirements outlined in the appropriate program materials. All insignia are owned by Girl Scouts of the USA and are protected by law for use by GSUSA.
